This isn't a sales chat, it's how I make sure your cat's situation is one I can genuinely help with, and that we're a good fit to work together. Some cases need a vet involved first, or a different kind of support altogether, and we can discuss the best options forward for your case.

This isn't a sales call, it's the starting point for making sure any work we do together is genuinely going to help.
A comprehensive one-on-one consult to understand and address your cat's behaviour.
Includes a preparation questionnaire to capture your cat's history before we meet, a live 90-minute (approx.) session, in person for Canberra-area clients or online, covering your cat's body language, environment and routines, and a written, tailored behaviour modification plan with practical, step-by-step strategies afterwards. I'll liaise with your vet where needed. This is the essential first step for any new client.
An invoice will be sent separately.
Note, any additional cats to be included in your consult behaviour plan will be noted on your invoice - $50 per cat.
Payment is required in full prior to your appointment.
The full consultation experience with built-in follow-up support. Includes a preparation questionnaire, a live 90-minute (approx.) session, in person for Canberra-area clients or online, a written, tailored behaviour modification plan, and two 30-minute follow-up sessions to help you implement the plan and stay on track (these are booked in at your initial session). Includes ongoing email support throughout your consultation period.
An invoice will be sent separately via email.

A focused 30-minute check-in session for existing clients who've completed an Initial Consultation. We'll review how things are going, troubleshoot any sticking points, and adjust your behaviour plan as needed.
