We know how much you love your cat and how confusing behaviour problems can be. You’re not alone! 

The PAWS Approach helps cat owners understand and resolve behaviour problems through personalised consulting and education, built around a framework of Predictability, Agency, Welfare and Security.

The PAWS Approach is opening its doors early, that means you get in before full pricing at half price, with the same level of attention every client gets.

The full consult pricing will follow later this year. For now, this is a soft launch, one-on-one behaviour consultations only, at introductory rates.

One-on-One Behaviour Consultations

Is a Consult Right for You?

If your cat's behaviour has you puzzled, worried, or just plain tired, night-time zooms, litter tray avoidance, scratching, multi-cat household tensions, handling difficulties, a consult gets you a clear, written plan built around your cat specifically.

How It Works

  1. Book a 15-minute discovery call (free) Before anything else, we talk. This isn't a sales chat, it's how I make sure your cat's situation is one I can genuinely help with, and that we're a good fit to work together. Some cases need a vet involved first, or a different kind of support altogether, and I'll tell you if that's the case.

  2. Confirm your consult If we're a good match, you'll receive a service agreement, invoice and a preparation questionnaire so I can learn your cat's history before we meet.

  3. Live 90min (approx.) session In-person (Canberra area only) or online. We'll go through your cat's body language, environment and routines together.

  4. Tailored plan You'll get a written behaviour modification plan with practical, step-by-step strategies, and I'll liaise with your vet where needed.

  5. Book in Follow up sessions. Either as adhoc sessions following your consultation or as part of your package.

Soft Launch Pricing

Initial Consultation — $220 $110 AUD

  • Preparation questionnaire

  • Live 90 min (approx.) session, either in-person, Canberra area only or online

  • Written behaviour modification plan

  • Additional cat (same household, included in behaviour plan) — $50 AUD per cat

    Where a second (or third) cat's individual behaviour is assessed and included in your written plan, this covers the extra time involved — charged once per consultation or package.

Consultation Package — $330 $165 AUD

  • Everything above, plus two 30-minute follow-up sessions to keep you on track

Optional 30-minute follow-up—available for $100 AUD

Places are limited, so each case gets proper time and attention.
