The PAWS Membership

Understand your cat, one short lesson at a time.

The PAWS Membership is a guided path of short audio lessons, each ending with one small thing to try with your cat. Built on the four PAWS lenses, it helps everyday life feel safer, clearer and more manageable for both of you. Founding guardians pay $30 a month, and keep that price for as long as they stay. The full course is designed and is being released lesson by lesson.

A path, not a pile of tips.

When your cat’s behaviour leaves you puzzled, it helps to see things from their point of view. Instead of scattered tips, you get a path that starts with how cats see the world, moves through the four lenses, and brings them together in practical choices for your household.

It’s not a quick fix. It’s a clearer way of understanding your cat, with small steps you can keep up.

The content is built on six parts.

The four lenses spell PAWS, which was no accident.

  • Understanding Your Cat

Perspective before technique: observation, body language, stress signals, and what your cat’s behaviour may be communicating.

  • Predictability

Routines, clear signals and practising before it matters, so change is easier for your cat to cope with.

  • Agency

Real choice for your cat: consent-based handling, noticing “I’m done” signals, and training and care that build cooperation, not obedience.

  • Welfare

The everyday foundation: meeting needs, spotting pain, tracking health, knowing when to call the vet, and adapting care as your cat ages.

  • Security

Safe spaces, recovering from fear, introducing pets safely and being ready for emergencies.

  • Putting PAWS Together

Using all four lenses at once, with decision frameworks and hands-on cooperative care such as brushing, claw trimming, medication and vet visits.

A community, included

Learning, with company.

One membership covers the lessons and the community together. It’s a kind, moderated space for questions, small wins and reassurance when you’d like a little company.

Still want one-to-one help?

The membership doesn’t replace consultations. If your cat’s behaviour needs a proper look, a consultation is still the right place to start, and plenty of people do both.
